Coastal Ridge Real Estate hires new CFO

A Columbus-based real estate investment and property management firm has appointed a new executive.

Coastal Ridge Real Estate hired Mark Yale as its new chief financial officer, the company announced Wednesday. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Yale was executive vice president and CFO of Washington Prime Group, a retail real estate operator headquartered in Columbus.
